Try On Appointments

Please read the following terms and conditions thoroughly before booking a try on appointment. 

Cancellation Policy:

The customer must notify Dressed By Issy through instagram, or email, 24 hours before the try on appointment should they wish to cancel. 

Garment Availability:

The customer will be able to try on garments available in the store at the time of try on (subject to availability). Dressed By Issy can not guarantee that a specific garment will be available for the customer to try on. 

Should the customer want to try on a specific garment, it is advised you message Dressed By Issy via email or instagram to arrange a try on appointment when that garment is available. 

Try on appointments do not secure your garment for a specific date. once full payment has been made, it is then secured. 

Damage During a Try On Appointment:

Dressed By Issy reserves the right to charge any relevant fees of damage during a try on appointment. 
To maintain the quality of our garments, we ask that clients arrive to their try on appointment without any of the following:

• Wet Tan
• Makeup
• Strong Perfume 
• Remove Shoes When Trying On

Dressed By Issy reserves the right to turn away clients for any of the above reasons. 

Try On Availability:

 

Try on availability is subject to change. Please keep in mind the owner is juggling Dressed By Issy, University and Part-time work and therefore availability is subject to change each week.
